The Canad Inns Destination Center – Grand Forks is the official housing for the
34th National Nutrient Databank Conference. It adjoins the Alerus Center, the
conference location. Below are the special NNDC group rates which are valid for
July 10 or 11 (check-in) through July 14 or 15 (check-out).

Above rates are subject to state and local taxes and do not include water park
passes. Current tax rate is 10%. (N/A = conference rate not available)

Courtesy shuttle service to and from the Grand Forks International Airport is
available with advance registration; please request shuttle service when making
hotel reservation.

Reservation Procedures:
Reservations are to be made by the individual directly to the reservation
department at 701-772-8404. Attendees should request the group rate for the
National Nutrient Databank Conference (specify Reservation Number 156540). Once
a guest room reservation has been made it must be cancelled 48 hours prior to
arrival by the individual or organization to avoid a one night stay charge.
Government employees should request government rates when making their
reservation.

Cut Off Date:
All reservations need to be received prior to June 10, 2010. The unused portion
of the room block will revert back to the hotel for general sales. Reservations
received after the cutoff date will be subject to availability and the current
daily rate. They can still be accepted from the group based upon rooms available
after the date of final release.

Individuals will be responsible for their room, tax, and incidental charges.
